An imaginative and exciting adventure based on the successful novel De Gorgels, by Dutch comedian Jochem Myjer.

The energetic, boisterous Melle, who often feels misunderstood by his family and gives up on tasks easily, has super eyes, which causes him to discover Gorgel Bobba at his bedside one night. Bobba has to protect Melle from Brutelaars, but when Bobba gets hurt in the process, Melle has to do everything within his power to save his new friend. This adventure makes Melle forget about his fear of failure, which helps him to become a gogetter and makes him realize that he is more like his family than he originally thought.
