Based on the stories of Tummy Tom (Dikkie Dik) by Jet Boeke.

An animated story for children from 3-6 years old, in which the young red tomcat discovers various things about the world around him and, most importantly, learns about the meaning of friendship.

SYNOPSIS

On a beautiful winter day, the world of Dikkie Dik and his girlfriend Cat Mouse suddenly changed. Snow! You can play and slide in it.

But something else has changed: a new neighbor has moved in. Bark is his name and he is quite big, loud and a little too enthusiastic. The cats are not very interested in this new friend and turn their backs on him.

Tummy Tom and Cat Mouse take of the dunes: a good place for sledding. Along the way they meet their old friends, but Blaf has also followed them because he wants to join in. His rash behavior goes completely wrong and to his sadness he is left out.

When the cats and their squirrel friends get into trouble, they notice that Blaf really is a friend. With his big dog behavior he helps the cats and when they return home, Blaf is completely part of it and is accepted as a new friend. Even though he may be a bit rude, a rude friend is also a friend.
